摘　　要："校企合作"是高职院校与企业深入合作、联合培养专业技术技能型人才的重要举措,由于缺少配套政策和制度保障、校企联合培养理念差异、高职院校"双师型"教师匮乏等原因,实际推行校企合作的状况不甚理想,建议从强化制度建设、完善配套政策、强化师资队伍建设等方面促进校企合作进一步深化发展。School-enterprise cooperation is an important measure to train professional and technical persons. Because of thelack of supporting policy and institutional guarantee, the difference of training concept between college and enterprise, and thelack of ＂double type＂ teachers, the actual results of school-enterprise cooperation are not ideal. For the further development ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward some measures such as strengthening the system construction, improv-ing the supporting policy and strengthening teaching staff construction.
