从幼体联的发展看幼儿教师体育教学技能的缺失

摘　　要：幼体联经过短短几年的发展,从一家名不见经传的小公司发展为全国知名的连锁品牌企业,已举办上百场规模千人的亲子培训活动,与3000所幼儿园达成了服务协议,使全国各地90万幼儿受益。一家从事体智能教学培训的公司何以能得到广大幼儿园、家长和社会的认可,一方面有赖于其秉承的多元智能理念,另一方面是由于符合了当前幼儿教师体育教学能力匮乏而致的市场需求。With the development in the past few years, KKIP has grown into a well - known brand of chain enterprises from an unknown small company. It has held hundreds of parent - child training activities with more than one thousand people, and has reached a service agreement with 3000 kindergartens to make 900 thousand children benefit from it. That how an intelligence training company is so popular with the kindergartens and parents reflects that on the one hand, it depends on the concept of multiple intelligence, on the other hand, it meets the market demand due to the deficiency of P. E. teaching ability of the kindergarten teachers.
