高校师德建设应注重“四种意识”的培育

摘　　要：高校教师的思想政治素质和道德情操直接影响着青年学生世界观、人生观、价值观的养成,决定着人才培养的质量,关系着国家和民族的未来。为了切实加强高校师德建设,不断为国家和社会培养输送高素质合格人才,每所高校都应当注重培育教师的＂四种意识＂即＂三大规律意识＂＂政治与大局意识＂＂慎独意识＂＂以学生为本意识＂。The ideological and political quality as well as the moral sentiment of university teachers directly influence the youths to form their views of the world, life and value, and they also determine the quality of talents cultivation,which is related closely to the future of the state and nation. In order to improve practically the university teachers＇ moral construction and deliver high quality talents for the country and society, each university should emphasize to cultivate teachers＇ ＂four consciousnesses＂— consciousness of three rules,political and overall consciousness, self-restraining and student-centered consciousness.
