大学生职业成熟度状况及其与完美人格的关系

摘　　要：采用中文版Frost多维完美主义量表和职业成熟度量表对730名大学生进行了调查,考察大学生完美人格与职业成熟度的关系。结果表明:大学生的职业成熟度呈中等水平;职业成熟具体维度上存在一定的性别、年级和专业差异;完美人格与职业成熟度存在显著的相关关系,并对职业成熟度发展具有一定的影响和预测作用。The research investigates the perfect personality and career maturity about college students by using Chi- nese version of Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale and Career Maturity Inventory to 730 college students. The conclusions were summarized as follows ： Career maturity of college students was at a medium level. There were some significant differences between gender, grade and profession in the specific dimensions of college students＇ career maturity. There is a significant correlation between the perfect personality and career maturity. Perfect personality has certain influence and significant predictive effect on the overall development of career maturity.
