凯里市木姜子中微量元素的研究

摘　　要：旨在研究凯里木姜子调味品中微量元素的含量,为开发利用木姜子提供参考。采用FAAS法测定了凯里木姜子中的Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Co,Ni,Cd,Pb含量,结果表明:Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Co分别为260,34,17,210,1mg/kg,而重金属Ni,Cd,Pb未检出。分析认为凯里木姜子是一种营养元素含量较高的香料,可对其进行开发利用。Aim to study the content of trace elements in Litsea cubeba of Kaili City, which has provided references for the development and utilization of Litsea cubeba. The content of Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Co, Ni, Cd and Pb in Litsea cubeba is detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the content of Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and Co in Litsea cubeba is 260, 34, 17, 210, 1 mg/kg respectively, while the content of Ni, Cd and Pb is not detected. The analysis suggests that Litsea cubeba is a kind of spice with relatively high content of nutrient elements, and it can be used for development and utilization.
