摘  要:新兴的教学模式"翻转课堂"在国内外语言教学实践中已经开始应用并取得显著的教学效果。借助该模式培养和提升少数民族学生的汉语自主学习能力是汉语言教学关注的新课题。文章通过对"翻转课堂"的概念和特点的研究,结合目前少数民族双语教师培训中汉语自主学习现状,探讨基于"翻转课堂"模式下少数民族双语教师汉语自主学习能力的培养策略。“ Flipped Class Model” is a new teaching model which has been in spread in the language teachings in the foreign countries and has made an achievement in improving teaching effect. The paper contends that resorting to this model to raise the self-study ability of the ethnic bilingual teachers who are on training is a new topic. The author makes a research of the characteristics of “Flipped Class Model” , analyzes the status of the ethnic bilingual teachers in automatic learning Chinese in their process of training, and proposes some strategies on how to raise the ethnic bilingual teachers' self- study ability on the basis of “Flipped Class Model” .
