摘  要:[目的]探讨结构-过程-结果理论在临床护理教学管理中的应用效果。[方法]选取2013年7月—2014年4月实习的386名护生为对照组,选取2014年7月—2015年4月实习的390名护生为观察组,对照组采用传统的教学管理模式,观察组采用基于结构-过程-结果理论进行优化的教学管理结构,比较实施前后带教老师教学水平和教学质量,以及两组护生的理论考核成绩和对临床护理工作教学的满意率。[结果]实施后带教老师教学质量和教学水平高于实施前(P<0.05);观察组护生理论考核成绩和对临床护理工作教学的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]基于结构-过程-结果理论构建教学管理体系有助于提高临床护理教学质量。Objective:To probe into the application effect of structure-process-result theory in clinical nursing teaching management.Methods:A total of 386 nursing students were selected as control group from July 2013 to April 2014,another 390 nursing students were selected as observation group from July 2014 to April 2015.The patients in control group used the traditional teaching management model,while the patients in observation group adopted teaching management structure based on structure-process-result theory.The level and quality of teaching were compared before and after the implementation,the theory examination scores and satisfaction rate of clinical nursing teaching were also compared between two groups of nursing students.Results:After the implementation,the quality and level of teaching in teaching staff were higher than that before the implementation(P〈0.05);The theory examination scores and satisfaction rate of clinical nursing teaching in observation group were higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The teaching management system based on the structure-process-result theory was helpful to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
