教师资格考试制度下体育教育人才培养模式的创新

摘　　要：教师资格考试制度的推行,对现行高校体育教育专业的培养模式提出了挑战。从当前体育教育培养模式、培养模式的改革和构建适应当下形势的体育教育人才培养模式等方面开展问卷调研,提出体育教育专业课程设置应突出师范性、建设一支高素质的体育师资队伍、有机地加入校本培养模式和联合培养模式、协调好专业课程中实践与理论的比重等建议。The implementation of teacher qualification examination system puts forward a challenge to the current college physical education professional training mode. The questionnaire survey of the reform of training mode has been carried out from the current training mode of physical education and how to construct the training pattern of talents in sports education to adapt to the current situation. We should highlight being teachers of physical education curriculum, construct high-quality sports teachers,organically combine school-based training mode and joint training mode, keep theoretical and practical professional courses in a proper proportion.
