摘　　要：邵逸夫是浙江商人杰出代表之一,他不仅是香港娱乐大亨,更是慈善大家。其认识财富、获取财富、处理财富所蕴含的财富伦理思想具有重要的教育价值:在认识财富方面,他将企业家定位为慈善家;在获取财富方面,他注重财富来源于民众,并把财富回馈民众;在分配财富方面,变狭隘的家族继承为广义的社会服务,散财积教,将自己的财富投入到慈善事业中。弘扬邵逸夫先生的财富伦理需要建立家庭—学校—社会的联动机制。Run Run Shaw is one of the outstanding representatives of businessmen in Zhejiang. Not only is he the Hong Kong entertainment tycoon, but also a philanthropist. The understanding of wealth,contained in the fortune ethics has important educational value： first, understanding wealth, he sets entrepreneurial orientation as a philanthropist; second, wealth acquisition, he pays attention to the source of wealth to the people and wealth to feed the people; third, wealth distribution, changing narrow family inheritance into a generalized social service and putting his wealth into philanthropy. Carry forward the wealth ethics of Mr. Run Run Shaw needs to establish a family-school-social linkage mechanism.
