摘　　要：以"STCW公约马尼拉修正案"及"11规则"的执行为背景,分析航海类专业基本安全系列课程教学现状,梳理教学理论与实践之间的关系,构建新的课程体系,并围绕课程体系开展一系列教学研究与改革。Based on Manila Amendments to STCW Convention and Regulations of the People＇s Republic of China on Standards of Examination and Certification for Seafarers（ know as the ＂11 Regulation＂）,the current situation of basic safety courses was analyzed for maritime majors. The relationship between teaching theories and practices of basic safety courses was discussed,a curriculum system was reconstructed and a series of researches and reforms on the system were conducted.
