摘　　要：文章从国内邮轮人才培养的现状出发,针对高职国际邮轮乘务管理专业校企合作过程中存在的问题,探讨基于"校企双主体"的国际邮轮乘务管理专业"433"人才培养模式,以期为同类院校国际邮轮乘务专业的人才培养提供参考和借鉴。Based on the analysis of the current situation of international cruise talent training, this paper explores the problems existing in the international cruise service management specialty in higher vocational colleges and brings forward the ＂433＂ talent training mode based on ＂college-enterprise double subjects＂ so as to provide some reference for the talent training of the other vocational colleges with the same specialty.
