摘  要:在民族地区加强"小微学校"建设,对当地经济社会发展具有重要推动作用,对学生成长具有积极保障作用,对教师作用发挥具有明显促进作用,对家庭幸福和谐具有良好支持作用。"小微学校"建设得当,可很好地补齐民族地区义务教育均衡发展的短板,成为推进民族地区义务教育均衡发展的重要"引擎"。新常态下,需根据现实因地制宜地推动"小微学校"建设,赋予其新任务,确保更多自主权,多样化办学,保证良好条件。Strengthening the construction of "small and micro school" in ethnic minority areas has its uniqueadvantages,which,specifically,plays an important and positive role in rural social development and students' growthand learning,has obvious promoting effect on teachers' role into full play,and has good effect to support the familyhappiness harmony. As long as the construction is proper,it can well make up the short board of balanced development ofcompulsory education in ethnic minority areas,and will become the important engine of promoting balanced developmentof compulsory education in ethnic minority areas. In the new normal,we should adjust measures according to localconditions to promote the construction of the "small and micro schools",endow them with new tasks,and ensure moreautonomy and the diversification of running schools,so as to ensure good conditions.
