微课与翻转课堂在大学英语教学中的实践研究

摘　　要：目的:研究大学英语优秀微课和翻转课堂教学特点。方法:运用戴尔经验之塔和产出导向法等教学理论,对2015年外研社"教学之星"大赛全国总决赛优秀作品进行研究。结果:优秀作品选题多为技巧类课程;以产出为导向,情景呈现和问题启发教学法使用频率较高;PPT课件视听元素较多。结论:大学英语微课和翻转课堂教学应选题恰当,教学环节完整,合理利用多种教学方法和视听元素丰富的教学材料,以提高学习者的学习兴趣和学习效率。Objective ： To investigate and study general features of excellent English Micro - Lecture and flipped class teaching practice cases. Methods ： Dale＇s Cone of Experience and Teaching theories of POA are used to study prizewinning works in the FL- TRP Star Teacher Contest comparatively in 2015. Results ： The selected content of excellent works mostly belong to skilled - related courses. They are POA oriented. Scenario rendering and problembased heuristic teaching method is applied vey frequently. The elements of visualization are everywhere in PPT courseware. Conclusions ： In order to increase learners＇ learning interest and learning efficiency, excellent works must bear the features of appropriate topic selection, integrated teaching links, properly used teaching methods and full use of visualization effects.
