摘 要:在全面提升质量和创新驱动发展的时代,高职院校只有通过科技协同创新,才能促进自身快速发展,并有效服务区域经济建设。针对高职院校科技服务能力较低,"协同"意识不足,师资队伍不能有效支撑科技协同创新等现实困境,探究制约因素,提出应正确认识高职院校科技协同创新不仅可能且可为,明确科技协同创新的定位,打造一支科研素质高、市场意识强、富有创新活力的团队,建立各协同创新主体合理的利益分配机制等对策。In the era of the overall enhancement of quality and the development driven by innovation, vocational col- leges will promote their rapid development and serve the regional economy construction effectively only through the collab- orative innovation of science and technology. Aiming at the practical dilemmas of the low capacity in science and technolo- gy service, the lack of awareness of collaboration, and the poor support of the collaborative innovation in science and tech- nology by teaching staff in vocational colleges, this paper explores the restricting factors and proposes that we should un- derstand correctly that the collaborative innovation in vocational colleges not only may exist but also can work, the position of the collaborative innovation should be determined, a team with high scientific quality, strong market awareness and? in- novation vigor should be established, and reasonable benefit distribution mechanism of collaborative innovation subjects should be made.
