摘 要:熔断器振动灌砂是熔断器智能制造的重要工艺环节,针对传统单维垂向振实器在灌砂过程中灌砂效率低,且密实度难以满足要求的缺陷,提出具有一维垂向移动及两维倾摆、俯仰转动的三维振动方式用以实现熔断器灌砂;基于方位特征集及机构解耦准则,构造可实现一平移两转动(1T2R)运动的三自由度解耦并联机构,并进行运动学正逆解分析;提出采用弹簧阻尼进行自由度约束,构造单输入多输出型多维振实器的新方法,实现单驱动下的多维振动输出的设计理念及准则;针对工艺所要求的振动幅值,在ADAMS中进行运动仿真及尺度优化;实验表明,该机构控制简单,振动密实性效果好,提高了智能电网用户端熔断器的安全性及一致性。For lhe reasons that the traditional single-dimension vertical viln'ator has a low effieiency in the process of fuses sand filling, and can't meet the requirements of sand filling density, the paper presents with a three- dimensional vibrator for fises sand filling, including one-dimensional vertically translation and two-dimensional oscillating rotation (I^I2R). The l'12R decoupled parallel mechanism is construeled based tm the POC set and the principle of topological deeoupted theoo,. The kinematics analysis of this nleehanism is also carried oul. To realize the design idea of single-input multi-outputs, the usage of spring-damp system constrained lhe degrees of lhe system is proposed. The sinmlation optimization of its vibration mode is carried out in ADAMS. The sand filling effect and sand density eonsislencv of the fuse are improved by using this multi-dimensional vibralional parallel mechanism. The deeoupled mechanism is easy to be controlled and is testified bv experiment.
