摘　　要：通过文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法、个案研究法,以包头师范学院为个案对"2015年国培计划"农村初中体育教师的培训情况进行调查.作者对包头师范学院"2015年国培计划"的管理模式、课程设置、培训特色等方面进行调查总结并反思,试为以后"国培计划"的培训提供经验与改进思路.The training situation of the rural junior middle school physical education teachers in the ＂2015 national training program＂was investigated in the case of Baotou Normal College by the method of literature data,field survey,interview and case study. The management model,curriculum,training characteristics and other aspects of ＂2015 national training program＂were surveyed and rethought to provide experience for the future ＂national training program＂training.
