摘 要:目的探讨培养性讲课在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中所起的作用。方法将2016年1月至2016年6月在风湿免疫科接受2个月规范化培训的住院医师随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组住院医师在风湿免疫科培训过程中,除进行常规的风湿免疫科规范化培训外,还安排其参与科室内针对风湿免疫科规范化培训内容进行培养性讲课,对照组仅进行传统的住院医师规范化培训,出科时调查两组住院医师对规范化培训的认可度、主动性,并对培训效果进行评价。结果实验组住院医师对风湿免疫科规范化培训认可度明显高于对照组,在培训过程中积极性、主动性更强,出科考试成绩更高,分别为95.6±4.6分和91.8±4.1分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过培养性讲课引入风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训,变被动学习为主动学习,可以显著提高住院医师对培训的主动参与性,增强其积极性和主动性,有助于提升住院医师规范化培训的质量。Objective To evaluate the educational effect of the training teaching of residents in clinical training base. Methods A total of 28 clinical medical students from Jan, 2016 to Jun, 2016 were randomly divided into two equal groups: test group with training teaching and control group with traditional teaching method. They were evaluated by scores of theoretic test and survey. Results Scores of theoretic test in test group were significantly higher than those in control group (95.6± 4. 6 vs91.8 ± 4. 1, P〈0. 05). There were significant differences in scores of survey between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Training teaching method could effectively improve student learning initiativeand teaching effect.
