摘　　要：阐述计算思维能力培养对医学生的重要性,在此基础上提出基于计算思维的课程体系改革,包括改革背景、教学目标、课程体系结构、改革内容与思路等方面,分析课程改革效果,实践证明将计算思维纳入课程行之有效。The paper explains the importance for medical students to cultivate the computational thinking ability. On this basis, it proposes the course system reform based on computational thinking, including the reform background, teaching objectives, course system structure, reform contents and ideas, and analyzes the effects of course reform. The practice has proved that the inclusion of computational thinking into the course reform is effective.
