摘 要:以京沪高铁廊坊段路涵过渡段为背景,采用Abaqus软件建立了CRTS Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道-车体-过渡段动力系统耦合模型,研究不同因素对列车通过路涵过渡段的动力响应。以列车平稳性为评价指标,通过极差和方差分析方法,确定影响列车运行平稳性的因素重要性次序,提出高速铁路路涵过渡段最佳设计方案。分析可得,以车体横向加速度或垂向Sperling舒适度为试验指标优化时,行车速度为第一影响因素;以横向Sperling舒适度指标为试验指标优化时,填土厚度为第一影响因素;以车体垂向加速度为试验指标优化时,扣件垂向刚度为第一影响因素。建议在路涵过渡段设计时采用倒梯形过渡、过渡段长度20 m、涵洞跨径4 m、填土厚度3 m、行车速度280 km/h、扣件竖向刚度50 k N/mm,列车运行平稳状态最佳。Taking the road-culvert transition stage in Langfang section of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway as the background,by numerical analysis software Abaqus,the coupling model of CRTS Ⅰ slab ballastless track-vehicle-transition section was established,the dynamic response of different factors to the road-culvert transition section was studied. With the running stability as the evaluating index,according to the range analysis and variance analysis method,the importance order of the factors affecting the train running safety was determined,and the design of high-speed railway optimal transition section was put forward. It was obtained by statistical analysis as follows: with the lateral acceleration or the vertical Sperling comfort for optimization of evaluating index,the driving speed was the first influence factor,with the lateral Sperling comfort for optimization of evaluating index,the filling thickness was the first influence factor,with the vertical acceleration for optimization of evaluating index,the fastener vertical stiffness was the first influence factor. It was suggested that in the design of road-culvert transition section adopting the scheme of inverted trapezoidal transition,20 m length of transition section,4 m of the span length,3 m of the filling thickness,a speed of 280 km / h and 50 k N / mm of fastener vertical stiffness,which could make the train running stability best.
