国际化视野下中美高校教育管理特征研究

摘  要:中美高校教育管理特征的研究,结合教育管理体系构建思想,可以看出教育管理侧重方向存在的具体差异。美国高校教育管理体系的构建明确以学生为根本,将行政与学术管理进行相互分析,体现出高校教育管理的针对性。中国高校教育管理总体思路在于依法治校、民主管理,在管理机制、管理职能、管理目标中体现出自主管理新方向。但从两国高校教育管理工作开展的基本现状来看,存在相应的不足与缺陷,通过管理优势特征的相互融合,总结出高校具有国际化兼容新特征的高校教育管理新思路。Through analyzing the higher education management characteristics between China and America,the difference of emphasis on higher education management between both countries can be clearly found with the construction thought of their education management system combined. In the construction of the US higher education management system,students play an fundamental role,and administrative and academic management are mutually analyzed,which reflects the pertinence of the US higher education management. However for China higher education management,we observe the overall thought of managing the university by law,democratic management,the new direction of self-management in management mechanism,management function,and management target. According to the basic status of higher education management between both countries,some defects and shortages still exist. Through mutual fusion of management advantages,it can be concluded that the new characteristics of a new thought in higher education management is integrated with internationalization.
