摘 要:以亚硫酸铵法制浆废液提升纤维素酶生产菌草酸青霉Penicillium oxalicum的产酶能力,当废液浓度不超过3.0°Bé时,均能够促进菌体生长,尤其浓度为1.0°Bé和2.0°Bé时,菌体数量增长最为明显。产酶实验结果表明,1.0°Bé废液培养基中的最大FPA为13.07IU/m L,酶产量最多,较原始培养基提高了41.14%,更适用于纤维素酶的制备。以1.0°Bé废液培养基制备纤维素酶并用于废纸浆的水解,在40IU/g浆的最适酶用量下,未漂浆和漂白浆酶解液中的糖含量分别达到3820mg/100m L和11310mg/100m L。Cellulase productivity of strain Penicillium oxalicum can be improved with the ammonium sulfite pulping spent liquor. Cell growth rate was faster when the concentration of spent liquor was not more than 3. 0° Bé,especially,for the mediums with the concentration of spent liquor of 1. 0° Bé and 2. 0° Bé. The results of enzyme production experiment showed that filter paper activity( FPA) in 1. 0°Bé spent liquor medium was highest 1t it was13. 07 IU / m L,increased by 41. 14% compared to that of the original medium,which indicated the medium including 1. 0°Bé pulping spent liquor was more suitable for the production of cellulase. The cellulase prepared in1. 0°Bé spent liquor medium was used to hydrolyze waste paper from paper mill at an enzyme charge of 40 IU / g dry pulp. The results showed that the contents of glucose in unbleached pulp hydrolysate and bleached pulp hydrolysate were 3820 mg /100 m L and 11310 mg /100 m L,respectively.
