摘  要:生物药剂学与药物动力学为药学类专业学生的核心课程之一,主要应用数学方法和动力学原理研究药物在体内的转运过程。发生认识论是由心理学家让·皮亚杰提出的,其理论认为认知发展的本质是一个不断适应和平衡化的过程。本文拟应用"发生认识论"的原理和方法对生物药剂学与药物动力学的教学内容进行建构,利于教学过程中学生开展图式准备,促进同化和顺应过程,易于认知达到新的平衡,实现更好的教学效果。Biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics is one of the core curricula on pharmacy students, which study drug transport in vivo by mathematical methods and dynamics principle. The principle of genetic epistemology is estahlished by psychologist Jean Piaget, and the nature of cognitive development is considered as a process of continuous adapta- tion and balance in the theory. The principle of genetic epistemology is used to construct course contents of biopharma- ceutics and pharmacokineties in this paper. The schema is carried out to promote the assimilation and adaptation to lead to reaching a new cognitive equilibrium in the teaching process; moreover, this process is helpful to achieve better teaching effects.
