模拟教学法在西医外科学教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察模拟教学法在西医外科基本操作技术教学中的作用。方法选取我校2009级中医专业七年制学生,应用模拟教学法培训外科基本操作技术;我校2008级中医专业七年制学生,应用常规见习、实习的方法培训外科基本操作技术,学期末进行考核和比较。由两组学生对课程内容、学习兴趣和教师表现方面进行反馈调查评分并比较。结果 2009级中医专业七年制学生的外科基本操作技术考核评分、对学习内容的满意程度和学习兴趣均高于2008级中医专业七年制学生(P<0.05)。结论模拟教学法有助于提高中医专业学生对外科基本操作技术的掌握。Objective To observe the effect of simulation teaching method in the basic western surgical skills. Methods Seven-year traditional Chinese medical students enrolled in 2009 were trained in the basic surgical skills through simu- lation teaching method. Correspondingly, students enrolled in 2008 were trained in the basic surgical skills through conventional practice methods. The examination results were compared. Two groups＂ students graded the teaching method in course content, learning interest and teacher＇s performance at the end of term. The scores were compared. Results Final test scores, course content scores and learning interest scores of students enrolled in 2009 were all supe- rior to students enrolled in 2008（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Simulation teaching method can improve the ability of traditional Chinese medical students to learn the basic western surgical skills.
