摘  要:“三导向”人才培养模式三核心之一的专业素质培养,要求医学生应该具有终身学习能力。本研究主要描述终身学习能力理念的提出,阐述终身学习能力的必要性,解析在“三导向”医学人才培养模式框架下,以提高医学生执业能力为导向的终身学习能力的内涵、培养目标和培养策略。培养策略主要包括加强医学人文教育,营造校园终身学习氛围;优化教学方法;改革《职业发展与就业指导》课程;改革医学文献检索课程教学;建立学生个人成长档案五大方面。The professional quality training of "three oriented" personnel training mode is one of the three core, which requires medical students to have lifelong learning ability. This study mainly describes the proposed concept of lifelong learning ability, expounds the necessity of lifelong learning ability, and analyzes the connotation, objective and strategies of improving the medical students' lifelong learning ability under the framework of "three oriented" medical talents training mode. The training strategy has been discussed mainly from five aspects such as strengthening medical humanistic education, creating a lifelong learning atmosphere in campus, optimizing teaching methods, reform the course of career development and employ- ment guidance, reforming the course of "career development and employment guidance", reforming the teaching of medical literature retrieval course and establishing the personal growth archives.
