摘 要:研究高压共轨、增压中冷和废气再循环技术对发动机NO_x排放及整机性能的影响,并将3种机内净化技术联合运行以优化发动机的综合性能.结果表明,推迟喷油正时,增加喷油脉宽、降低增压压力和进气温度、增加EGR率都会降低柴油机NO_x排放;优化后,最佳技术参数组合为:喷油正时为17℃A,喷油脉宽为1.75ms,增压压力为240kPa,增压温度为45℃,EGR率为15.2%.NO_x排放从11.38g/(kW·h)降低到3.22g/(kW·h),此时经济性改善0.85%,动力性与原机相当.The influence of high pressure common rail technology,turbocharged inter-cooled technology and Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR)technology on diesel engine NOxemission and engine performance is studied in this paper.The engine performance is optimized by combining three types of internal-engine purification technologies.The research shows that the diesel engine NOxemission can be reduced by delaying the injection timing,increasing the width of fuel injection pulse,reducing the supercharging pressure and inlet temperature as well as increasing the EGR rate.After the optimization of engine performance,the injection timing is 17°;the fuel injection pulse width is 1.75ms;the boost pressure and temperature are 240 kPa and 45 degrees,respectively;and the EGR rate is 15.2%.The resulting diesel engine NOxemission reduces from 11.38g/(kW·h)to 3.22g/(kW·h),the fuel economy improves by 0.85%,and the power performance decreases by 0.28%.Besides,the power characteristic of the optimized engine is similar to that of the original engine.
