高校管理人员继续教育存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：高校管理人员继续教育对于高校的建设与发展具有重要的作用。目前我国对于高校管理人员继续教育迫切需求,以及继续教育发展过程中存在的诸如缺乏思想认识高度、过分抬高学历门槛、管理知识与方法陈旧、缺乏专业系统的学习等问题,本文提出以下六点策略:1.加强制度建设;2.要求领导转变观念;3.摆正"学历"观;4.有针对性组织培训学习;5.提升服务理念与技巧;6加强经验交流,以期解决当前高校管理人员存在的问题。Continuing education of college administrators plays an important role in the con-struction and development of colleges and universities. Nowadays its urgent for the college adminis-trators to receive continuing education and there exists some problems, such as lack of awareness of education, overemphasis on the certificate education, the outdated management knowledge and methods as well as the absence of professional and systematic learning. This paper proposes some countermeasures, namely, the leadership should change their concept of further education and strengthen the system construction. Besides,the idea of academic degree should be adjusted and the targeted training ought to be organized to improve the service concept＆ skills and sharing the experi-ences
