摘 要:在法国的基础教育阶段,智力早熟儿童教育作为法国英才教育的主要组成部分,在兼顾公平与个性化的教育理念下,不仅关注学生的天资禀赋,更以解决问题为导向,重视学生的发展困难、自身特征和基本知识能力的掌握,并在此基础上形成由中央法律引导、地方制度推动,集政府、学校和社会于一体的外部环境支持与内部专业陪护系统。法国摆脱过于功利化思想、追求教育卓越的智力早熟儿童教育理念,及其相关的政策制度和实践经验可为我国发展英才教育提供参考。In the stage of French Elementary Education, as a part of Gifted and Talented Education, the Intellectually Precocious Children Education, adhering to the fairness and individual education concepts, not only pays attention to students" intelligences and talents, but to the difficulties, characteristics and basic skills of students for solving their problems. Thus, French Intellectually Precocious Children Education is conducted by laws, promoted by local institutions and has formed an external support--internal professional accompany system in which the governments, schools and societies are all participated. By getting rid of the over-utilitarian thoughts, and pursuing the excellence, French experiences can provide insights into the Chinese Gifted and Talented education from its theory, policy-systems and practice ways.
