高职院校校企合作现状调查研究——以辽宁林业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：以辽宁林业职业技术学院为例,根据高职院校人才培养、科学研究和服务社会的职能对高职院校校企合作项目类型进行了分类,就校企合作现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了具体的工作建议:进一步规范对校企合作工作的管理;不断扩大校企合作的广度和深度;制定必要的激励政策。Taking Liaoning Forestry Vocation-Technical College as an example, the research group classified the project types of college-enterprise cooperation based on the functions of personnel training, scientific research and serving the society, analyzed the current situation of college-enterprise cooperation and its problems, and put forward the detailed suggestions. It needs to regulate the management of college-enterprise cooperation, enlarge the width and depth of cooperation constantly, and formulate necessary incentive policies.
