高职院校辅导员课程项目化的探索

摘　　要：根据国务院及辽宁省关于辅导员队伍建设的相关文件精神,辽宁林业职业技术学院制定了辅导员工作项目化实施方案。通过实施辅导员工作项目化方案,落实了辅导员职业定位的需要,是辅导员职业化、专业化的重要载体,是强化大学生思想政治教育实效性的前提条件。辅导员工作项目化方案的实施不仅增强了辅导员工作的主观能动性,也提高了辅导员队伍专业化、职业化水平,还达到了培养学生思想政治教育工作精英团队,发挥辅导员队伍在思想政治领域及人才培养过程中重要作用的目的。In order to implement related policies about counselor construction of the state council and Liaoning province, the college formulated the implementation scheme of counselor work project. The implementation of counselor work project is the need to determine the professional orientation, the carrier of professionalization and specialization, and the premise of strengthening ideological and political education effectiveness. The counselor work project cannot only enhance the subjective initiative of counselors work, but also raise the level of specialization and professionalization of counselors, cultivate the elite team of student ideological and political education work, and give play to the role of counselors in the field of ideological and political education and in the process of talent training.
