摘　　要：教育硕士专业学位培养已经成为我国学位与研究生教育的重要组成部分。自正式招生以来,我国的教育硕士吸引了众多培育单位参与,专业领域不断拓展,培养规模不断扩大。随着我国教育硕士培养规模的快速增长,教育硕士培养中的教学方式、培养模式、课程设置、师资队伍等影响教育硕士质量的问题逐渐显现出来,地方院校尤甚。了解和学习国内外高水平教育硕士培养院校人才培养模式,分析地方院校在教育硕士人才培养方面的差距,构建相对完善的地方院校教育硕士专业学位质量保障体系,这也对提升本地区基础教育层次和教育水平有重要的理论和实践意义。The education of master of education has become an important part of our country＇s degree and postgraduate education.Since the formal enrollment, China＇s master of education has attracted a large number of training units to participate in the professional field to expand, expand the scale. With the rapid growth of the scale of the cultivation of master of education in China, the master of education in the teaching mode, training mode, curriculum, teachers influencing master of education quality problems appeared gradually, especially in local colleges and universities. The understanding and study of domestic and foreign high level master of education training institutions personnel training mode, analysis of local colleges and universities training gap in the master of education personnel, construction of professional master degree of education in local colleges relatively perfect quality assurance system, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of the elementary education level and education level.
