摘　　要：中国陶瓷餐饮器具对日本饮食文化有着深厚影响。从飞鸟时代到江户时代,日本陶瓷吸收了中国青瓷、青花瓷、彩绘瓷等工艺技术,生产出适应大和民族饮食习惯的餐具。与此同时,日本餐饮受中国餐饮文化影响,注重食材与食器的和谐搭配,突出陶瓷色彩和造型,形成了大和民族独有的餐饮文化。Chinese porcelain tableware had exerted profound influence on Japanese culinary culture. During Asuka and Edo periods, tableware was produced with craftsmanship characteristic of Yue Kiln＇s celadon porcelain and the Jingdezhen＇s painted china and suiting Japanese culinary customs. Japanese culinary culture evolves in the influence of its Chinese counterpart, featuring harmony between food and tableware and porcelain color and shapes.
