现代技工教育产训融合教学模式初探——以江门市高级技工学校为例

摘  要:当今社会赋予现代技工教育培养高素质技能人才的重要使命,而传统教学模式所培养的技能人才已不能满足社会需求,探索现代技工教育新的教学模式成为必然。本文旨在通过技工学校具体的教学实践,初步探索现代技工教育产训融合教学模式。主要内容包括:生产过程与教学过程相接、生产环境与教学环境相融、生产资源与教学资源相合、生产工时与课程学分相通。The important mission of cultivating high-quality skilled talents is given to modern mechanic education in today's society. However, the traditional teaching mode cannot satisfy the social demand. Exploring the new teaching mode of modern technician education becomes inevitable. In this paper, a new teaching mode with the integration of production and training is proposed based on the concrete teaching practice of technical school. The main ideas are summarized as follows: the connected production process and teaching process, the united production environment and teaching environment, the integrated production resources and teaching resources, the combined production hours and curriculum credits.
