摘　　要：作为大学英语教学的重要组成部分,翻译教学长期处于被忽视的地位,主要表现在课程设置缺失、教材内容空泛、教学模式陈旧、师资力量薄弱,以及大学生对英语翻译重视不够。因此,大学英语翻译教学改革应该拓展大学英语课程体系,完善现行大学英语教材,改革传统翻译教学模式,加强翻译师资队伍建设,激发大学生内在学习动力,真正提高非外语专业大学生的英语翻译能力,培养出更多契合国际化发展需要的复合型翻译专业人才。Translation, as one of the important components of the College English teaching in China, has long been neglected, which has caused problems, such as the absence of translation-related courses, the deficiency of teaching materials, the old-fashionedness of teaching models, the lack of qualified teachers and the college students＇ failure to pay much translation to translation. In such a situation, measures should be taken to promote the College English translation teaching reform, such as extending the curriculum system of College English, completing present teaching materials, reforming the traditional translation teaching models, strengthening the building of the teaching staff and stimulating the college students＇ inner motivation to learn translation, in the hope of improving the non-foreign- language majors＇ translation ability and cultivating more qualified translators with multiple talents in accordance with social and economic development.
