摘　　要：以往科技论文被动句的翻译研究,多探讨句子的语言结构差异,对具体的科技文本被动句的语用功能鲜有讨论。农业科技论文的被动句使用广泛,具有不同的语用功能,被动句的汉译唯有重视语用分析,通过对具体语境中被动句图式的充分认知和合理转换,才能准确传递英语原文信息。以Nature的农业学术论文为研究语料,以图式理论为翻译指导,分析和说明被动句翻译策略的选择过程,探讨和总结翻译策略。农业科技论文被动句的汉译首先考虑顺译,常常将英语被动句顺译成汉语被动句、判断句和主动句。如果英语被动句不宜顺译,则考虑倒译。根据被动句不同的语用功能,灵活地倒译成主动句、无主句和被动句。The translation studies of passive sentences in sci-tech linguistic structure between source language and target language papers laid used to emphasize the differences in and deal rarely with the pragmatic functions of source passive sentences. In agricultural sci-tech papers, passive sentences are widely used and bear different pragmatic functions. The accurate translation of these passive sentences depends on the conscious analysis of the pragmatic functions, the full cognition and reasonable conversion of the sentences in a specific context. Based on the examples selected from agricultural academic articles in Nature and guided by the schema theory, this paper illustrates the selection process of translation strategies of passive sentences and explores the commonly adopted translation strategies. In English-Chinese translation of passive sentences in agricultural sci-tech papers, sequential translation is the first choice, and the English passive sentences are typically translated into Chinese passive sentences, judgment sentences and active sentences. If sequential translation can not reflect the author＇s purpose for utilizing English passive sentences, reverse translation will be considered, and the English passive sentences can be flexibly translated into Chinese active sentences, no-subject sentences and passive sentences.
