摘 要:以姬松茸胞外多糖含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法优化液体发酵培养基配方,通过测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)水平,研究姬松茸发酵液对酒精性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。结果表明,姬松茸液体发酵培养基的最佳配方为:麸皮10 g/L,马铃薯250 g/L,葡萄糖20 g/L。在此条件下,获得姬松茸胞外多糖含量为(3.58±0.13)g/L。与模型组相比,姬松茸发酵综合液组的ALT、AST水平显著降低(P<0.05),姬松茸发酵液组ALT水平显著降低(P<0.05)。表明姬松茸发酵液对小鼠酒精性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。Using the Agaricus blazei Murill (ABM) extracellular polysaccharide content as evaluation index, the liquid fermentation medium formula was optimized by orthogonal experiments. By the determination of alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transsaminase (AST) in mice serum, the protective effect of ABM fermentation broth on alcoholic liver injury in mice was researched. The results showed that optimum formula of ABM liquid fermentation medium were bran 10 g/L, potato 250 g/L and glucose 20 g/L. Under the conditions, the ABM extracellular polysaccharide content was (3.58±0.13) g/L. Compared with the model groups, the levels of AST and ALT of ABM fermented comprehensive liquid group were obviously decreased (P<0.05), the level of ALT of ABM fermented liquid group was obviously decreased (P<0.05), which indicated ABM fermentation broth had a certain protective effect against alcoholic liver injury.
