摘 要:建国后前十七年的中国社会形态经历了两次变革,党在这个时期的重要任务是建立和建设社会主义,根据革命时期的重要经验,能否顺利完成在很大程度上取决于农民的支持程度,因此,党充分认识到农民教育的重要性。运用历史与逻辑统一的方法,通过对建国后前十七年党关于农民教育的报告、指示、决定、意见等文献资料的梳理,勾勒出农民教育政策演进的历史进程,揭示不同历史阶段教育政策的承接性;借用教育政策的结构动态生成理论分析农民教育政策的外围环境、教育政策、政策实施之间的关联性,揭示中国共产党农民教育政策在当时历史条件下变迁的内在逻辑,以及农民教育政策实施对于农民主体的价值作用和经验教训;从理论维度和路径维度论证了历史与逻辑的统一,以期为新时期农民教育政策的制定和实施提供借鉴。During the first 17 years after the founding of New China,Chinese social formation experienced two major revolutions and reconstructions. According to the key experience of the Chinese Communist Party during revolutionary times,whether this important historical mission can be completed is mainly up to the supporting degree of peasants. So the Communist Party of China well recognized the importance of the education of peasants. By combing document literature of the Chinese Communist Party reports,instructions,decisions and opinions on the education of peasants,this article draw the outline of history of the evolution of the education policy of peasants and reveal the continuity of education policy during different historical periods. By analyzing dynamic relation between external environment of education policy,education policy and policy implementation through education policy's structural dynamic generative theory,this article find the internal logic of education evolution of peasants,trying to restore history of peasant's education evolution and the original intention of policy adjustment,which can make people recognize its historical function objectively.
