摘　　要：在不断深化教育改革的背景下,面对国际大规模教育评价带来的机遇和挑战,我国不断探索适合本国国情的教育评价。本文从实然和应然相结合的角度,以"教育评价是什么,为什么进行教育评价以及如何开展教育评价"的思路展开,阐释了教育评价的概念和功能,分析了我国教育评价的研究现状,在此基础上提出教育评价应该实现评价的科学化、专业化、评价主体多元化以及评价的真实化。There exist several reasons for our country to explore the educational evaluation which best suits the actual conditions of China：the background of continuous education reforms and challenges from international evaluation in education. By combining perspective of ＂Being＂ with ＂Ought to Be＂,the author expands the defimtion and functions ofeducational evaluation,and analyses the present situation with the line of thinking ＂What＇s educational evaluation;Why we insist on evaluation and how to evaluate＂. As a responsible evaluator,he should reconsider the scientification, profession,diversification ofevaluation＇s subject and authenticity of educational evaluation.
