摘 要:利用免疫磁捕获技术,建立了高效、快速的乳中阪崎克罗诺杆菌的捕获方法。将阪崎克罗诺杆菌抗体与Fe_3O_4磁珠偶联,制备特异性免疫磁珠并快速富集乳中的阪崎克罗诺杆菌。结果表明:此方法特异性强,且针对纯培养物中阪崎克罗诺杆菌的检测灵敏度达到104~10~5m L^(-1),乳中阪崎克罗诺杆菌的灵敏度达到10_5~10~6m L^(-1)。该方法能够大大缩短阪崎克罗诺杆菌的增菌时间,辅以适宜的检测方法即可实现对乳中阪崎克罗诺杆菌的快速富集,并且具有更高的特异性。Based on immune-magnetic capturing technology, a rapid and effective method to capture Cronobacter sakazakii in powdered in-fant formula was established in this paper. The antibody of Cronobacter sakazakii was coupling to the Fe304 magnetic particles to prepare forthe immuno-magnetic particles. The results showed this method was able to capture the Cronobacter sakazakii with a concentration of as lowas 10^5-10^6mL-1, and 10^5-10^6mL-1 in dairy product. Using this method, the enrichment period of detection can be shortened in a largescale. In assistance of suitable detection method, the rapid and accurate detection of Cronobacter sakazakii in dairy product can be accomplished.
