摘　　要：江苏科技大学会计专业硕士(MPAcc)项目,提出"深耕船舶行业、培育职业素养、造就业界精英"的使命,以及"成就造船业内最具价值MPAcc项目"的愿景。为实现使命与愿景,以"四基于,四注重"原则制订规划的具体实施方案,经过4年的运行,初现成效。The special mission and vision is suggested by MPAcc project of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. Rooting in the shipbuilding industry,cultivating professional qualities and becoming the industry＇s elite is its mission. Being a most valuable MPAcc project of shipbuilding business is its vision. Detailed implementation plan is executed based on the principles that are four foundations and four attention. Effect is obvious after four years＇ enforcement about the plan.
