摘  要:"互联网+"就是"互联网+各个传统行业",但这并不是简单的两者相加,而是利用信息通信技术及互联网平台,让互联网与传统行业进行深度融合,创造新的发展生态。它的出现为传统外语教学带来了新的发展机遇。本文探讨了"互联网+"的内涵和特征,详尽分析了在"互联网+"形势下实施外语第二课堂教学的可行性以及意义,试图为外语第二课堂教学改革提供新的思路。"Internet Plus" refers to "Internet+ various traditional industries",which is not a simple combination of the two fields but to deeply integrate Internet with traditional industries and create new development forms by taking advantage of the platform of information technology and Internet. It brings new development opportunities to conventional English teaching. This paper discusses the connotations and features of "Internet Plus",and elaborates on the feasibility and significance of carrying out second classroom teaching of college English under the age of "Internet Plus" as an attempt to offer new concepts to the reform of foreign language second classroom teaching.
