摘 要:边疆少数民族山区小学教师绩效考评机制关系到当地教师切身的生存和发展,是当地教师最为关心的问题。现行考评机制存在诸如在考评目的上重"管理"、轻"发展"、考评视角单一、标准过于笼统、考评参照范围重横向轻纵向等问题,因此,应制定以促进教师发展为目的的评价理念,纳入多元考评主体,细化评价指标,拓宽评价范围,采用物质与精神结合的奖惩机制。The elementary school teachers' performance evaluation mechanism in the frontier mi- nority mountain area is related to the local teachers' own survival and development, which is the most concern of the local teachers. The current evaluation mechanism shows several problems: such as fo- cusing more on "management" rather than on "development"; evaluation perspective is single; Standard is general; paying more attention to transverse while ignore longitudinal reference range for assessment. Aiming at this problem, this paper puts forward the following strategies: setting up the purpose of e- valuation to promote teacher professional development; joining the multiple evaluation of subject, refin- ing the indicators and broadening the evaluation scope and adopting a reward and punishment mecha- nism with the combination of material and spirit.
