摘 要:合法性对企业成长具有重大的约束作用,决定了企业获取内外部资源的能力。但是关于合法性对具有多系统结构特征的家族企业有何特殊约束,现有文献鲜有探讨。伴随着家族企业的成长,合法性是否及如何动态变迁更是很少涉及。为此,本文以问卷调查为基础,设计了家族企业成长的三维度量表,以刻画家族企业多系统结构特征,同时设计了基于认知、规制和规范合法性的三层面量表,以展现合法性动态变迁路径,然后通过369份问卷的统计分析发现:在企业成长的不同阶段,不同层面的合法性对家族企业成长的约束程度不同。沿着家族企业成长路径,认知、规制和规范合法性依次成为主要约束条件;在家族企业的不同成长维度上代表家族系统的家族维、企业系统的企业维以及经营环境系统的社会维,该合法性约束及其变迁的规律保持一致。所以,家族企业就是在不断获得各个维度、各个层面的合法性的基础上成长起来的。Legitimacy has a significant effect on the growth of en- terprises, which determines the ability of enterprises to obtain both internal and external resources. But the existing literature almost has no research about legitimacy's special constraints on the char acteristics of multi-structure family business system. Along with the growth of family business path, whether the legitimacy will be dynamically evolving or not can't be found in the existing literature, besides this, and how does the legitimacy dynamically evolve is rarely involved in the present literature. In light of the above ques- tions, we decide to solve these questions based on questionnaire survey, so we designed a three-dimensional measurement table for the growth of family business, which concludes family dimension, business dimension and social dimension, in order to depict the characteristics of multi-structure family business system. At the same time, we designed three levels of cognitive legitimacy, reg- ulative legitimacy and normative legitimacy item, for the sake of indicating the path of legitimacy's dynamic evolution, after com- pleting the above steps, then we finished the questionnaire data collection, through the statistical analysis of 369 questionnaires, we argue that different kinds of legitimacy has different influences on family business growth at different development stages. Along with the family business growth path, cognitive legitimacy, regulative legitimacy and normative legitimacy in turn becomes the main con- straints; At different growth dimensions of the family business, that is to say, representing the family system of the family dimension, representing the business system of the business dimension, and representing the operating environment system of the social dimension, the rule of the legitimacy constraint on three dimensions of family business growth is consistent with the law of the evolution.
