辅导员开展大学生危机干预的困境

摘　　要：辅导员是大学生危机干预工作的重要力量,但在实际开展工作时,辅导员则面临着诸多问题。本文拟从角色认识、自身心理疏导和社会支持三个方面分析辅导员在大学生危机干预工作中可能遇到的心理困境,并提出相应的对策。The counselors play an important role in college students＇ crisis intervention. However in actual work,the counselors are facing many difficulties. This article analyses the difficulties from three aspects,namely role identification,counselors＇ personal psychological counseling and social support and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
