经济新常态下现代职业教育体系深层矛盾探思

摘　　要：经济新常态时期,现代职业教育体系的深层矛盾制约其健康发展,主要表现为人才供给的结构性矛盾和经费投入的绩效性矛盾。从"政府-教育-社会"之间的矛盾运动关系来看,现代职业教育治理体系与职业教育机构发展之间的供需综合性矛盾是引发其深层矛盾的关键原因。为此,必须创新现代职业教育治理体系,消解其深层矛盾,保障职业教育更加有效地服务国计民生的改善和职业主体的可持续发展。In the new normal economic times, it is the deep contradictions that restrict the modern technical and vocational education and training （hereafter as MTVET） to developing healthily, which mainly characterize the contradictions as structural supply of talented person and the investment performance of the educational appropriations. From the viewpoint of the contradiction movements and relationships amongst the government, education and social, it is the comprehensive supply-demand contradiction between the MTVET administration system and the development of the MTVET institutions that is the fatal cause of the deep contradictions. Therefore, the MTVET administration system has to be innovated, in order to eliminate the MTVET＇s deep contradictions and ensure the TVET more effectively serve the improvement of the national economy and people＇s livelihood, and the employees＇ sustainable development.
