摘 要:瑞典悠久的综合教育历史形成了其独特的高中课程体系。21世纪初,瑞典针对学生毕业时所具备知识不如从前、青年失业率高于其他国家等问题展开了高中课程改革。高中新课程以教育公平和让每个学生做好充分准备为目标,明晰高中入学和毕业要求,完善课程指导和评估政策,形成高中新课程结构,加强课程的基础性和学习路径的弹性,建立权责明确的课程管理和实施体制,尤其是增加和进一步明确了校长和教师的权利,为瑞典高中教育公平、教育质量提升、课程发展等进行了有益探索。Sweden's long history of education forms its unique high school curriculum. Because the graduating students' knowledge wasn't as much as before, and the youth unemployment rate was higher than other countries at the beginning of the 21 st century, Sweden launches a high school curriculum reform. The new high school curriculum has the goals that education should be equivalent and students should be well prepared, clarifies the high school enrollment and graduation requirements, and improves the curriculum guidance and assessment policies. The new high school curriculum system establishes a new curriculum structure, strengthening the foundation of the curriculum and the flexibility of the learning routes, setting up the accountable course management and implementation system forms, and especially the rights of school leaders and teachers being increased and further clarified. This is a useful exploration in enhancing the Swedish high school education equivalence, the quality of education and curriculum development.
