摘  要:人既是教化的对象,也是教化的主体。因而,教化与接受教化是人之为人的基础和保证,更是人的责任和使命。教化关涉人的存在,是一个历史性的概念。对教化历史的廓清将有助于我们对教化的深入理解,同时教化本身也要求我们必须严肃地对待我们自身的历史性。今天,尽管什么是正确的、什么是真实的对于教化并非不重要,我们最应该关注的却是如何通过教化改变人的思维和意识,使其具有主观情感的形式和力量,导引进而滋润着人自身的行为,渐成为一种自觉自然的状态、习惯和教养,真正臻于"兴于诗,立于礼,成于乐"的境界。Human is the object as well as the main body of the cultivation.From this perspective,to cultivate and to be cultivated are not only the foundation and guarantee of human nature,but also are his responsibility and mission.Cultivation,closely related with human existence,is a historical concept.A comprehensive survey of the cultivation history may help us have a further understanding of it.Meanwhile,cultivation itself also requires us to take our own history seriously.Nowadays,the rightness and trueness of cultivation are still important in its way,but what we should concern most is how to change human mind and consciousness through cultivation.Only in this way could we have the form and power of subjective emotions to guide and moisten human's own behavior,and gradually become a conscious state of nature,habits and upbringing,and finally reach a supreme realm as Confucius' s theme: "It is by the Odes that mind is aroused;It is by the Rules of Propriety that the character is established;It is from Music that the finish is reached."
