摘 要:基于多色提花簇绒地毯织机织造过程中,织枪需准确地运动到指定位置后进行簇绒织造的要求,设计了龙门式机械手结构的运动装置,并在ANSYS中建立有限元模型,对所设计的运动装置进行静力学、模态和谐响应分析.针对实际工况,利用ADAMS软件进行刚柔耦合多体动力学分析,指出该运动装置动力学响应对织机织造精度的影响.结果表明:运动装置的振动、变形都满足许用要求,设计可靠、机构运动平稳且不会发生共振;织枪部分需增加平衡质量块以提高织机织造精度.The tufting gun of tufting carpet machine has to guarantee the precision of the movement and complete the action of tufting in producing a carpet, so gantry manipulator is designed based on it. Finite element model is set up in ANSYS, and then the properties of statics, modal and harmonic response of gantry manipulator are analyzed. According to the actual working condition, the ADAMS software is used for rigid-flex multibody dynamic analysis and the effect to the machining accuracy of the manipulator dynamics response is concluded. The results show that deformation of the manipulator is acceptable. The design of mechanism is reliable and its motion is stable as well. No resonance can be occurred on the manipulator, The tufting gun still need to add a balance mass block to improve the tufting quality of the tufting machine.
