摘　　要：灵性教育是一种面向人的内在心灵世界,通过关注人的精神生活需求,拓展人的精神生命潜能,充盈人的精神情感体验,增强人的精神意识自觉,从而不断提升人的精神生命质量并最终养成健全道德精神人格的教育,是力求超越工具理性支配下的功利性教育范式并回应培养全面发展的人的现实呼唤的积极努力。灵性教育体现出尊重天性、遵循自然,重视体验、关注意义,对话建构、追求智慧等价值追求。其在学校教育中的基本实践方式是构建灵性课程体系,创生灵性教学模式,培育灵性教师队伍和塑造灵性领导风格。The spirituality education is a kind of education that pays attention to people＇s inner spiritual worhl, satisfies the need of development of mind and advances the growth of people through motivating and extending people＇s life potential. Its ultimate aim is to improve people＇s spirit life and cultivate people＇s whole spirit character. Spirituality education is a real response for people＇s comprehensive development beyond the paradigm of instrumental rationality and utilitarian education. The Spirituality education has shown the value pursuit of respecting people＇s nature and nature＇s order, focusing on experience and meaning, and concerning about teaching through constructive dialogue and the pursuit of wisdom. There are four ways of practicing spirituality education, that is constructing spirituality curriculum system, creating spirituality teaching mode, cultivating spirituality teacher group and forming spirituality leadership style.
