摘　　要：构建完善的职教体系是我国国民经济发展的必然趋势,只有实现中职、高职、本科到研究生之间的有效贯通,才能够构建职业教育人才培养的"立交桥"。文章主要分析了我国职业教育体系构建方面的现状与问题,就如何构建科学、完善的职教体系提出具体的对策。Building a complete vocational education system is an inevitable trend in the development of our national economy. Only by realizing the effective linking among the secondary, vocational, undergraduate and graduate students, could we construct the ＂overpass＂ of high vocational education. The paper mainly analyzes the status and problems of Chinese vocational education system, and puts forward some specific countermeasures on how to build a seientific and complete vocational education system.
