摘 要:以无水乙醇和水作为萃取剂超声提取19种中草药,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测试各中草药提取液对酪氨酸酶和DPPH·、·OH、·O-23种自由基的抑制率及半数抑制浓度IC50.结果表明,茯苓、黄芩、红景天、赤芍、人参、白蔹均表现出较强的酪氨酸酶抑制活性,其中茯苓对酪氨酸酶的抑制能力最强.红景天、黄芩、白芍、赤芍的综合抗氧化活性强于其他中草药.Absolute ethyl alcohol and water were used to extract 19 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine with ultrasonic extraction, the inhibition ratio and the half inhibition concentration on tyrosinase and three kinds of radical of DPPH · , · OH and · O2- were determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry. The results showed that extracts of poria cocos, seutellaria baicalensis, rhodiola rosea, radix paeoniae rubra, ginseng and ampelopsis japonica showed a strong inhibitory effect on the tyrosinase, in which poria cocos was the strongest, while the extracts of rhodiola rosea, scutellaria baicalensis, radix paeoniae alba and radix paeoniae rubra had stronger comprehensive antioxidant activity than the other herbs.
